1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website muslimmentors.com and the services offered through it, you express your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site.

Our services refer to the Muslim Mentors pottery workshop and include ceramic mentoring, weekend recreational courses, and all related craft activities.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. Rights and Obligations of Muslim Mentors

  • To provide quality courses and mentoring sessions, led by qualified master ceramists.
  • To ensure a safe and suitable environment for conducting activities in the workshop.
  • To clearly communicate any changes to the schedule, fees, or conditions.
  • To process participants' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2.2. Rights and Obligations of the Participant/Trainee

  • To participate in activities by following the instructions of the masters and the workshop safety rules.
  • To pay on time the cost of the courses or workshops they have registered for.
  • To bring or use only materials permitted and indicated by the organizers.
  • To communicate any relevant health issues before the start of the activity.

3. Liability Limitations

Muslim Mentors is not responsible for:

  • Accidents or injuries caused by failure to comply with communicated safety rules.
  • Damage or loss of personal items brought by participants into the workshop.
  • Minor changes to the schedule or course content, necessary for organizational or technical reasons.
  • The individual artistic results of participants, as these depend on each person's skills and involvement.

Participation in activities involving the potter's wheel and other tools is at your own risk, after listening to the safety instructions.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of a registration for a course or workshop must be made at least 72 hours before its start to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will receive a voucher for a future session. Muslim Mentors reserves the right to cancel any activity in case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., unavailability of the master), with a full refund or rescheduling.

5. Intellectual Property

The content of this site (text, images, logo, design) is the property of Muslim Mentors and is protected by copyright laws. The craft techniques and knowledge shared during the courses are for personal and recreational use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of them without our written consent is prohibited.
